This item is carefully crafted with meticulous attention to detail, featuring hand-painted outlines and shaded blue-and-white wash (dami) techniques. While it does not feature the traditional "foreigner" motifs, the striking contrast between the cobalt pigment (gosu) and the glaze creates a quintessential blue-and-white vessel. Although blue is typically considered an appetite suppressant, there is something about the blue of traditional sometsuke that strangely makes one feel hungry.

- This product is dishwasher-safe. However, for "thin" items, the water pressure may cause vibrations that could lead to breakage, so we recommend hand-washing whenever possible.
- Please avoid subjecting the product to strong impacts, as this may cause it to break.
- Please do not use over an open flame.
- When washing, please use a neutral detergent.
