Because we share inventory with our wholesale operations and physical store, available quantities may fluctuate. As a result, shipment may take additional time in some cases. Please understand this in advance. Even after your purchase procedure has been completed, in the unlikely event that the required stock cannot be secured, we will contact you by email with details regarding the delivery date.
Charges Other Than the Product Price
Consumption tax and shipping fees. For customers using cash on delivery, a COD handling fee also applies.
Payment Methods and Timing of Payment
- Credit card: Payment is finalized at the time of order.
- Electronic payment: For Amazon Pay and PayPay, payment is finalized at the time of order.
- Cash on delivery: Please pay the amount in cash to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
Delivery of Products
Products are normally shipped within 7 days after order confirmation.
*This shall not apply when the product is out of stock.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
[In the case of a defective product]
If a defective product, or a product different from the one ordered, is delivered, please contact the Company within 3 business days and return the product within one week. We will promptly exchange it for a non-defective product, with shipping costs to be borne by the Company.
[In the case of a return due to customer’s convenience]
Please contact the Company within 3 business days and return the product within 14 days. The shipping costs incurred for the original shipment shall be borne by the customer. Please refrain from returning products that have been used.
Notes on Returning Products
Please pack the product as follows when returning it:
1. Using the packaging materials in which the product arrived, place the product back inside the box.
2. Insert crumpled newspaper or similar material to fix the product inside the box so that it does not move.
3. Close the cardboard lid with packing tape, and confirm that no rattling sound is heard when the box is shaken up, down, left, or right.
*If a sound is heard at this stage, the product is not properly secured and may be damaged during transport. Please be careful.
