Return method
[If the product is defective]
If you receive a defective product or a product different from your order, please contact us within 3 business days and return it within 1 week . We will promptly exchange the non-defective product at our expense.
[In case of return due to customer's convenience]
Please contact us within 3 business days and return it within 5 days. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in that case. In addition, please refrain from returning the product after use.
Points to note when returning goods
Please follow the steps below to pack the product for return.
- Please use the materials that were packed at the time of arrival and put the product in the box.
- Roll up newspaper, etc., and put the product in the box so that it does not move.
- Close the cardboard lid with duct tape and make sure that there is no clattering sound when the box is shaken up and down and left and right .

Arita ware is a production area with a long history, celebrating 400 years as the birthplace of porcelain in 2016. This is an online store that connects a wide variety of modern lifestyles with Arita ware (Hizen pottery) while paying respect to history, tradition, and all the craftsmen and techniques that support them.

In order not to waste the finite resources provided by nature, we crush and reuse unsaleable B products produced during the manufacturing process. In addition, for the first time in the production area, we have developed recycled ceramic clay with a rich texture that is blended with iron-rich pottery stone, which is rarely used for Arita ware, which requires whiteness.
