About adding points
- 1 point will be given for every 100 yen of the subtotal amount (excluding tax) of the purchased product.
- Points will be awarded when all ordered products have been shipped.
- If you register an account, we will give you 500 points.
- If you post a review for the product you purchased, you will receive 30 points after the review is approved.
Notes on giving points
- You can issue a discount coupon of your favorite amount as 1p = 1 yen and use it for shopping.
- There is no expiry date or expiry date for points.
- After using points with multiple email addresses, the accumulated points cannot be combined into one.
About using points
- You can check and use your current points from the menu that can be opened by selecting the [P] mark displayed on the [lower left] of the screen.
- Points can be used from "Coupon exchange/history" in the menu.
- Enter the number of points you want to use and select "Redeem points for coupon" to issue the coupon.
- After issuing the coupon, if you select "Apply" on the coupon screen and shop, the discount will be applied on the checkout screen.
- With the product in the cart, open the coupon screen and select "Apply" to move to the checkout screen and the discount will be applied.
- Make a note of the issued coupon code, and enter the code in the coupon code input field at checkout to apply the discount.
Notes on using points
- Coupons cannot be applied to shipping charges.
- Multiple coupons cannot be used together.
- Coupons once issued cannot be canceled.
- If you use a discount coupon with an amount larger than the discounted amount, the amount that could not be applied will be lost.
About new registration benefits
- When you register as a new member for the first time, we will give you 500 points as a privilege.
About posting reviews
- You can post and confirm reviews from the menu that can be opened by selecting the [P] mark displayed on the screen [bottom left].
- Reviews can be posted and confirmed from "Review Management" in the menu.
- In the "Submit" tab, you will see a list of products you have purchased in the past that have not been reviewed.
- Please select the product, select the number of stars from 5 levels, and enter the display name (handle name, nickname, etc.), title, and body text before posting.
- After submitting a review and confirming the shop, you will receive 30 points as a bonus.
- In the "Posted" tab, you can check the contents of the reviews posted in the past.
新規登録特典について
初めて新規会員登録をいただいた際に、特典として500ポイントを付与いたします。
会員登録方法
・メールアドレスを入力するだけです。ご登録いただいたメールアドレスにワンタイムパスワードが送られてきますので数字6桁をご入力で完了。
・初回のみご住所をご記載いただければ次回以降はご入力不要です。
・次回ログイン時もご登録メールに届くワンタイムパスワードをご入力ください。
ポイントの加算について
・ご購入いただいた商品の小計金額(税抜)の100円に1ポイントを付与いたします。
・ポイントはご注文いただいた全ての商品が出荷完了したタイミングで付与されます。
ポイント付与に関する注意点
・1p=1円としてお好きな金額のお値引きクーポンを発行してお買い物に使用することができます。
・ポイントには利用期限や失効期限はございません。
・複数のメールアドレスにてポイントをご利用いただいた後、貯まったポイントを1つにおまとめすることはできません。
ポイントの利用について
・現在のポイントの確認や利用は画面【右下】に表示される【P】マークを選択すると開くことができるメニューからご利用いただけます。
・ポイントの利用はメニューの「クーポン交換・履歴」から行うことができます。
・ご利用になりたいポイント数を入力して、「ポイントをクーポンに交換」を選択するとクーポンが発行されます。
・クーポン発行後にクーポン画面で「適用」を選択してお買い物をしていただくとお会計画面でお値引きが適用されます。
・カートに商品を入れた状態で、クーポン画面を開き「適用」を選択すると、お会計画面に移動し、お値引きが適用されます。
・発行されたクーポンコードを控えておき、お会計の際にクーポンコード入力欄にコードを入力いただくことでお値引きが適用されます。
ポイント利用に関する注意点
・送料にクーポンの適用ができません。
・複数のクーポンを併用することはできません。
・一度発行したクーポンはお取り消しできません。
・お値引き対象金額より多い金額のお値引きクーポンをご利用いただいた場合、適用できなかった分が消失いたします。
