I want to cancel my order
It is possible to cancel an order before the product is shipped (the shipping completion email has not been received).
Please send us your order ID and your cancellation request through the contact form .
When will the product be shipped after ordering?
After ordering, we will deliver the product in about 2 to 5 business days.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the shortage within 2 business days and discuss the delivery time.

How much is the shipping cost?
Free shipping for purchases over 11,000 yen (tax included).
For orders under 11,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee is 880 yen (tax included) nationwide.

I have placed an order, can I change the payment method?
We are sorry, but it is not possible to change the payment method after placing your order. If you really wish to make a change, please send a cancellation request using the inquiry form and place your order again using your preferred payment method.

If I purchase multiple items, is it possible to wrap them individually?
Is possible. If you are purchasing multiple items and would like them individually wrapped, please request this in your order notes. Unless otherwise specified, all purchased items will be wrapped and delivered together.
Can you put on a noshi?
If you need a noshi hanging for gifts, etc., you can use it for free.

Please use the inquiry form to let us know the product name and quantity you are considering. We will check the latest stock status.
I received a defective product and would like to exchange it.
