It is a type of glaze called candy glaze, but by adjusting the color and texture, they have created a glaze that looks like delicious caramel. Olive also has a subtle appearance of fine crystals, giving it a deep finish. There are many dishes with green glazes, but the impression can change completely with just one color. It is a subdued color that makes food stand out.
