Koyo Gama's Caramel Olive series is characterized by a textured glaze. The first time I saw it, I thought of caramel as the name suggests. This is a type of glaze called candy glaze, but by adjusting the color and texture, we have created a delicious-looking caramel-like glaze. The olive also has fine crystals that appear thinly, giving it a sense of depth. There are many vessels with green glaze, but just one color can completely change the image. It has a calm color that makes the food stand out.
