Chu-hi Bar ODOLI
ODOLI features striking illustrations by designer Hideji Terada, who incorporates traditional and ethnic motifs into contemporary design. The motif depicts people performing a revolutionary dance.
The body uses the same base as our white porcelain kake-wake pieces, creating a striking contrast between the white glaze on the interior and the exposed raw clay on the exterior. You can enjoy the smooth, earthy texture of the clay with your fingertips while feeling the sleek, glazed surface against your lips. As you tilt your cup for an evening drink of shochu with hot water, the tactile quality of the material becomes part of the flavor of the moment.
*The exterior has an unglazed finish; if you are concerned about stains, please use a melamine sponge.
