The baguette I bought the other day was a little hard, so I made it into French toast. If the bread itself is delicious, even French toast will be delicious! The kuppi series I used this time is a series in which I dug up and re-edited old stamp-like seals from Ta Kiyogama in Arita. Each piece is stamped by a craftsman with this stamp. This is an attractive series with a nostalgic yet new warm atmosphere!

Precious Amakusa clay, the raw material for Arita ware. In order not to waste the finite resources provided by nature, we crush and reuse unsaleable B products produced during the manufacturing process. In addition, for the first time in the production area, we have developed recycled ceramic clay with a rich texture that is blended with iron-rich pottery stone, which is rarely used for Arita ware, which requires whiteness.
